Plasma as a tool for combat or even war? Sounds like science fiction. Yet it is a reality developed by the scientists of Taras Shevchenko University. Low-temperature plasma has already been widely used in science and technology due to its unique properties: high energy level of electrons and concentration of the chemically active excited and charged species at low gas temperature.
