At the Vernadsky Research Base, a team of scientists from the Taras Shevchenko University led by Prof. Hennadii Milinevskii investigates the ozone layer in Earth’s stratosphere. The scientists monitor the dynamics of ozone holes in Antarctica, instances of the sudden warming of the stratosphere, planetary waves in polar regions, climate change on the Antarctic Peninsula, and aerosol dynamics in the atmosphere over Ukraine. We are in the right hands!
